Version 23.10 – August 2019

This update extends QBC to October 2019.

This version covers the introduction of the UC SDP transitional amount (this provides ongoing compensation for some UC claimants who had a SDP in IS, JSA(IB) and ESA(IR) and lost out on natural migration to UC prior to the introduction of the UC SDP gateway in January 2019.
(Affected claimants should also receive backdated compensation.) Enter any SDP transitional amount on the UC screen.

This version also covers the UC transitional element for some claimants who have been transferred to UC in the managed migration pilot (initially only in the Harrogate JCP area.)
If applicable, indicate the claimant has been managed migrated on the UC screen.

Lisson Grove Benefits Program 7.70 released

The Lisson Grove Benefits Program 2018-19 has been released and is on its way to subscribers. Version 7.70 covers the 2018-19 benefit, tax credit, national insurance and tax rates. It also includes the tax differences between Scotland and the rest of the UK. Other than updating the rates the release will include rules changes for e.g.
universal credit claimants in temporary accommodation who still get housing benefit rather than having a housing element included in their UC claim. The 2 week run on of housing benefit under some circumstances in UC has been incorporated.

There is a further planned update later in the Spring if more rules are announced or changed.
